If you are a registered Pennsylvania voter, you have the convenient option of applying for a mail ballot in person at the Chester County board of elections office, then completing the ballot while there.
In one visit, voters can apply for and cast their mail ballot.
Though not usual, polling locations are sometimes temporarily changed.

You have the option to Vote by Mail without the excuse previously needed for a traditional absentee ballot.
You can vote from your own home by mail without ever having to visit your polling place.
Apply online no later than 5pm on May 13th if you have a PA Drivers License or a state-issued Photo ID,
OR,
if you prefer, download and print a mail-in ballot application through the link provided on the same page.

Your completed application MUST BE RECEIVED no later than 5:00 PM on May 13th, 2025 at

Do not be alarmed if you do not receive your ballot immediately. It can take some time for the Chester County Board of Elections to process and mail your individual ballot.
